Our main subsidiaries

From player to world leader

In December 2023, the Jifmar Group became the world leader in the workboat market and a pioneer in the decarbonisation of ships with the acquisition of the workboat division of Dutch company Acta Marine. This acquisition strengthens the group’s international position and the expertise of its teams, giving it a solid foundation for future development, with more than 70 vessels and almost 600 employees.
