Mission
Under the responsibility of the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of the financial records and supporting the continuous improvement of financial processes within our growing organization.
Your main responsibilities :
- Assisting with monthly and year-end closings
- Preparing and posting payroll, accruals, and fixed asset entries
- Reconciling balance sheet accounts and performing analyses
- Supporting internal and external audits
- Improving accounting and reporting processes
- Participating in financial projects and ad-hoc requests

Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or auditing. Experience in the maritime or industrial sector is a plus.
Skills:
- Excellent command of English
- Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting software (Exact Globe or ERP systems)
- Analytical, structured, and able to work independently
Personal qualities: Accurate, reliable, well-organized, team player, service-oriented

Mission
Sous la responsabilité du directeur financier, vous jouerez un rôle clé en garantissant l’exactitude des documents financiers et en soutenant l’amélioration continue des processus financiers au sein de notre organisation en pleine croissance.
Vos principales missions sont les suivantes :
- Assister lors des clôtures mensuelles et annuelles
- Préparer et enregistrer les écritures de paie, provisions et immobilisations
- Rapprocher les comptes du bilan et réaliser des analyses
- Soutenir les audits internes et externes
- Améliorer les processus comptables et de reporting
- Participer à des projets financiers et à des demandes ponctuelles

Profil
Formation: Licence en comptabilité, finance ou dans un domaine similaire.
Expérience : Minimum 3 ans d’expérience pertinente dans la comptabilité ou l’audit. Une expérience dans le secteur maritime ou industriel serait un avantage.
Compétences:
- Très bon niveau d’anglais
- Bonne maîtrise d’Excel et des logiciels comptables (Exact Globe ou ERP)
- Capacité d’analyse, sens de l’organisation et autonomie
Qualités personnelles : Rigueur, fiabilité, organisation, esprit d’équipe, sens du service.

Functieomschrijving
Onder verantwoordelijkheid van de Finance Manager speel je een belangrijke rol bij het waarborgen van de juistheid van de financiële administratie en ondersteun je de voortdurende verbetering van financiële processen binnen onze groeiende organisatie.
Je belangrijkste taken zijn:
- Assisteren bij maand- en jaarafsluitingen
- Voorbereiden en boeken van loon-, voorzienings- en activaposten
- Afstemmen van balansrekeningen en uitvoeren van analyses • Ondersteunen bij interne en externe audits
- Verbeteren van boekhoudkundige en rapportageprocessen
- Deelnemen aan financiële projecten en ad-hocverzoeken

Profiel
Opleiding: Bachelor in Accounting, Finance of een vergelijkbare richting.
Ervaring: Minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring in boekhouding of auditing. Ervaring in de maritieme of industriële sector is een voordeel.
Vaardigheden:
Uitstekende beheersing van het Engels
Sterke kennis van Excel en boekhoudsoftware (Exact Globe of ERP-systemen).
Analytisch, gestructureerd en zelfstandig werkend.
Eigenschappen: Nauwkeurig, betrouwbaar, goed georganiseerd, teamspeler, servicegericht.
